Really successful and has some Casablanca typicity to it. Tasting Notes Colour & Nose Golden orange in colour and aromas of ripe stone fruits, figs and dried herbs on the nose. Palate Where as most Orange wines anonymise varietal, Animalia actually has a grassy Sauvignon tange beneath the Orange structure. Clever, tasty stuff from Emiliana.
