TIN-LITHOGRAPH RATCHET-STYLE JESTER NOISEMAKER Circa 1930s Ohio Pottery Warren Hickox and Alice BradleyThis in an early TIN LITHOGRAPH RATCHET STYLE NOISEMAKER from the late 1920s to 1930s by Kirchhof Products. The lithograph depicts a man dressed in a red and white harlequin print jester costume and a dark haired woman dressed in red with a 1920s style curly bob. The background of the rectangular shaped noisemaker is bright yellow. The ratchet handle is made of wood and painted red. The edge of the noisemaker is marked on all four sides: Left side:
